Chinese New Year Little Red Lion Plush
Happy Chinese New Year! Here is a little red Lion Dance plush I was commissioned to make last year that I never shared 🙂
The pattern was based on the previous Lions that I made only smaller. The plush is roughly 20cm long made from high quality fleece with felt details and embroidery.
The commissioner requested that the family name on the belly (not shown).
The name is machine cut from professional quality vinyl (vivid flex heat transfer vinyl) in black on white jersey material.
Other elements of the designs include:
– Silver faux leather Mirror on the forehead
– Pom pom nose details
– Plasticard re-enforced feet for balance and stability
– Black felt “fringe” on the body and legs.
