The Storyteller: She is a muse, a creator and destroyer, she is holds galaxies. Her heart is restless, her mind is open.

I created this original ink drawing last week as a special birthday gift to my wonderfully encouraging and talented friend Ellen.

The Wishing Cake – Short Comic Folktale

This is a short folktale I wrote while thinking about my birthday later this month and the rituals of birthday cakes.

I drew and inked the comic by hand as practice to kick off #Inktober2016. I only added the text digitally in photoshop. I have a few stories underway that I hope I will have time to work on and share soon.
